I love Shunya Yamashita’s TF bishoujo designs, so I tried my hand since I finally watched the G1 cartoon recently.

Did not expect to like Tracks as much as I did and now kind of wish there was a spinoff show with just him and Blaster solving mysteries together lol.

So being an artist online has recently become even more complicated than it already was and I admit I’ve gotten swepped up in all of it. All this pressure to compete with reels, algorithms, AI art, trends/challenges, and other social media popularity contest bullshit. It’s paralyzing to say the least. One of the things I’ve always felt insecure about when drawing is how messy I am even when I try hard not to be. And for that I often wished I were more conventional. But now I think in my pursuit of being conventional I lost something positive I used to have. So I’m giving up trying to be conventional. I’m going to stop caring about being “left behind” or my art not getting a lot of attention. I hope you all see and enjoy my messy traditional sketch I drew on cheap paper. But if not, no worries. Something a little different where I try my hand at drawing Sonic characters for the first time in a hundred years, since a new game just came out. I confess I had a brief Sonic OC phase in Grade 5. Thankfully, I didn’t know how to upload scans so you’ll never find her lol.

Drew a pinup in my small sketchbook. Clearly two things I need to improve on are screentones and hot people clothing, but this was still fun to do.
